Booking Conditions
Before you confirm any booking, you will be given the relevant supplier terms, payment schedule, cancellation conditions and any applicable financial protection details for your chosen itinerary.
Booking confirmation
A booking is not confirmed until availability has been checked, all required information has been received, payment terms have been agreed and written confirmation has been issued.
Prices and availability
Prices and availability can change before booking confirmation. Any advertised prices are indicative and subject to supplier confirmation.
Payments
Payment schedules, deposits, balances and accepted payment methods will be confirmed before booking. Late or missed payments may affect your booking.
Changes and cancellations
Amendments, cancellations, refunds and charges are subject to supplier conditions and any applicable protection arrangements. Flexible options may be available depending on the product selected.
Travel documents
Customers are responsible for checking names, passport details, visas, entry requirements, travel insurance and any health requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Protection
ABTA P7384 and ATOL Licence No. 12022 protection may apply depending on the supplier and itinerary. The applicable protection details will be confirmed before you book.
